Best Chiropractic Offices in Ocala, Florida (2025): Easy Street Marketing’s Weekly Top 5

The Weekly Top 5 – The Best Chiropractors in Ocala

easy street marketing's weekly top 5

Look, I’ll be honest with you. At Easy Street Marketing, we usually spend our time figuring out how to get local businesses ranking higher on Google. But this week I got curious about something that hits closer to home, literally. After throwing my back out playing pickleball last month (why do I always think I’m younger than I am?), I started wondering who the best chiropractors in Ocala really are.

So instead of our usual SEO deep-dive, I decided to do some actual digging. I looked at reviews, obviously, but I also started asking around; clients, neighbors, people at the health club. You’d be surprised how many people have chiropractor stories once you bring it up.

Here’s is the general consensus on the best chiropractic offices in Ocala.

1. Fakhoury Medical & Chiropractic Center

1009 SW 16th Ln, Ocala, FL 34471

Okay, this place is kind of nuts, in a good way of course. When I walked in, I honestly thought I was in the wrong building. It’s huge. Like, medical complex huge. They’ve got over 1,500 Google reviews (which is insane for Ocala) and somehow manage to maintain a 4.8-star average.

Here’s the thing that got me about this place: they don’t just crack your back and send you on your way.  They talk to you and explain your problem.  They can also offer tons of other services to help without leaving the building.

The waiting room is always full but there is never a long wait.  They stay BUSY. People seem to really like that you don’t feel rushed there despite how busy they are.

For dominating the review volume and being such a good experience for me, this one takes the prize.

2. Chiropractic Centers of Ocala (Dr. Chris Pell)

901 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470

Dr. Pell’s place keeps coming up in conversations. 4.96 stars with 365 reviews .  Those are pretty good numbers also, so I started asking around.

What people tell me they like most is how they actually explain stuff. None of that “trust me, I’m a doctor” nonsense. Apparently Dr. Pell walks you through exactly what’s going on and why certain treatments will help. They’ve got this fitness area where they teach you how to maintain whatever progress you make, which seems obvious but apparently isn’t standard everywhere.

My friend Jim has been going there for two years for his posture issues (desk job problems, we’ve all been there). He says it’s the first place that didn’t just treat symptoms but actually fixed the underlying problem.

3. Bruce Chiropractic & Comprehensive Care (Dr. Michael Bruce)

351 NE 8th Ave, Ocala, FL 34470

I kept hearing about Dr. Bruce from different people. Perfect 5-star rating with over 300 reviews, which is impressive and made me curious enough to dig deeper.

What seems to set him apart is his background as a Doctor of Osteopathy. From what I understand (and I had to look this up), it basically means he looks at your whole body, not just the part that hurts. One person told me that when they mentioned shoulder tension, he immediately connected it to how they were compensating for a back injury. That kind of thinking just makes sense.

They do this shockwave therapy thing that sounds scary but apparently works wonders for chronic issues. Everyone I talked to who goes there seems satisfied. Like they’re in good hands.

4. Ocala Chiropractic and Wellness (Dr. Schuyler Grove)

419 NE 36th Ave, Ocala, FL 34470

Dr. Grove’s office seems to be different from the others; quieter, more personal. It’s not trying to be all things to all people, which most people will appreciate.  Sometimes you just want straightforward care without all the bells and whistles.

According to a current patient, Dr. Grove spent probably 20 minutes talking about what was going on, how it started, what makes it better or worse. In today’s world, that kind of attention feels almost old-fashioned in a good way. The ultrasound and cold laser treatments are a mainstay of his practice, but he apparently explains everything beforehand.

Fewer online reviews than some others, but the people who do review him seem really satisfied with their results.

5. Simpson & Martin Chiropractic

1007 SW 1st Ave, Ocala, FL 34471

This is one of those places your parents probably went to. Dr. Simpson and Dr. Martin have been around forever, and honestly, there’s something comforting about that. They don’t have a flashy website or hundreds of reviews, but the people who know them really trust them.

It’s traditional chiropractic care without any of the modern marketing. The office appears like it hasn’t changed much in 20 years, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. Both doctors have perfect ratings on Healthgrades, which tells you something about consistency.

So, What’s the Verdict?

Here’s the deal.  After all this research, Fakhoury Medical & Chiropractic Center keeps coming out on top. And honestly, it makes sense when you think about it. Where else in Ocala can you get chiropractic care, medical doctors, physical therapy, diagnostic testing, and specialized treatments all under one roof?

The numbers speak for themselves too; 1,500+ reviews with a 4.8-star average is pretty incredible. But what really sold me was  visiting myself and getting the entire experience.

Don’t get me wrong. The other places on this list are solid options. Dr. Pell does great work, Dr. Bruce really knows his stuff, and Dr. Grove and Simpson & Martin have their loyal patients for good reasons. But if I’m being completely honest, Fakhoury just offers more comprehensive care than anywhere else in town.

And hey, if you run a business in town and need help getting found online like these guys, that’s what we do at Easy Street Marketing. But today was about helping people find the best care possible, not drumming up business.

What do you think? Have you been to Fakhoury? I’d love to hear about your experience  with his office!
